Your new role
We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Reporting Analyst to deliver data analytics and insights that drives strategies for improved outcomes for the CSC and our customers.
This role will play an important part in supporting the Senior Reporting Analysts with monitoring, analysing and interpreting operational trends through scheduled monthly and quarterly reports. It will also be pivotal in the development of research and analytics deliverables using appropriate data analysis, visualisation and presentation techniques.

Key responsibilities
- Manage and enhance existing dashboards and reports across platforms like Tableau, Salesforce and Genesys
- Assist the Senior Reporting Analysts with time-sensitive and core operational reporting activities
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to interpret business needs and design fit-for-purpose reporting solutions
- Build operational and management reports that track key performance indicators and operational metrics
- Support data analysis, trend identification and insight generation to inform strategic decisions
- Communicate complex technical concepts and insights clearly to non-technical audiences across the business

What you need to excel
- You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Minimum 2 years data analysis and insight experience
- Tertiary qualifications in economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, science, information technology or computer science highly desired
- Proficiency in Tableau for building and maintaining interactive dashboards
- Proven experience in uncovering trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insight
- A genuine and collaborative team player who contributes positively to team dynamics
- Familiarity with contact centre operations, telephony systems and workforce management software would be advantageous
