About the role
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of CSC’s priority projects by assessing workforce impacts early and shaping the change and communication plans needed to guide people through transition. You will translate project objectives into clear, actionable change activities that help individuals and teams understand what is changing, why it matters, and how they will be supported throughout the shift to new ways of working.
You will demonstrate strong thought leadership grounded in human‑centered change, ensuring our people are supported as they transition to new ways of working. Your focus is on minimising disruption, fostering engagement, and shaping a positive experience for individuals and teams. By combining empathy with innovative change expertise, you will help build capability across CSC and continue strengthening how we deliver change.
Effective communication is essential in this role—you will engage, negotiate, and at times influence a wide range of stakeholders to ensure change is understood, embraced, and implemented in a way that supports and empowers our workforce.
What would be your key responsibilities
Solid understanding of contemporary change management methodologies and tools, with the ability to apply CSC’s Management Framework
Assess and interpret the impacts of organisational change on people, business units, systems, and processes including managing the process of identifying priority change initiatives to allocate change resources
Develop and implement change and communication plans to support organisational change initiatives
Assess and monitor change readiness, supporting leaders to implement change at an organisational and operational level whilst managing resistance to maximise adoption
Partner with CSC’s leaders and team to ensure that change management activities are well coordinated minimising impacts and maximising productivity Drive and coordinate the Change Community of Practice, fostering collaboration, shared learning and uplift in change capability across CSC
Skilled in identifying risks, evaluating solution options, and ensuring alignment between change activities and business goals.
Provide analysis and reporting on change data to inform decision, measure impact and seek continual improvement
Specific duties, deliverables and reporting lines may vary from time to time depending on business needs and priorities. Key objectives and measurements will be captured in the Performance & Development planning cycle, established annually and adapted as needed.
Job Description
What we’re looking for
Change Management Certification is essential
Training & Assessment and/or Adult Learning Certification will be desirable
3+ years change management and adult learning experience.
Financial, superannuation and/or public sector experience.
Sound knowledge of change management frameworks and disciplines.
Office suite (PowerPoint, excel, etc), ASANA and CANVA (or the ability to acquire knowledge).
Experience in delivering high quality change deliverables across multiple projects.
Experience in interpreting data to measure change effectiveness, and reporting on data with actions for continuous improvement.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on stakeholder communication and engagement.
Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and negotiation abilities to communicate with clarity and impact.
