About the role:

We’re looking for an engaging and people-focused Cyber Awareness and Culture Lead to help strengthen our cyber security culture across the organisation.

In this role, you'll combine your cyber security knowledge with your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate complex concepts in a way that resonates with diverse audiences. You'll lead cyber awareness initiatives, create engaging communications and education programs, and help our people adopt positive security behaviours that protect CSC and our customers.

We're seeking a strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others, building trust and bringing people together around a common goal.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead CSC's cyber security awareness, communication and education program
  • Design and deliver engaging awareness campaigns, training and educational content across a range of channels
  • Promote positive security behaviours and contribute to a strong cyber security culture across CSC
  • Partner with business leaders, project teams and employees to provide cyber security advice and guidance
  • Measure and report on security awareness, culture and behavioural risk indicators
  • Support cyber security operations, investigations, incident response activities and compliance initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners, vendors and industry stakeholders
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of CSC's cyber security capability and resilience

What we’re looking for  

  • Experience in Information Security and/or ICT environments
  • Outstanding written, verbal and presentation skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
  • A collaborative approach and a track record of building strong working relationships
  • Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leaders
  • A proactive mindset, curiosity to learn, and willingness to explore new technologies and approaches
  • Tertiary qualifications in Cyber Security, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Relevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or GSEC will be highly regarded
  • Comfortability with design concepts/programs, highly regarded
