About the role

This role sits within the Workforce Strategy & People Analytics Team, which provides both operational and strategic support across talent acquisition, remuneration and benefits, business partnering, workforce planning, analytics and people policy.

As the Employee Experience and Systems Coordinator, you will coordinate and improve people systems and processes, supporting employees and the People Team at key moments throughout an employee’s time at CSC. You will work closely with colleagues across the People Team and the wider business to help deliver a smooth and consistent employee experience.

What you will do in this role

  • Manage and maintain people systems and core HR processes across an employee’s time at CSC, including contracts, onboarding, role changes, off‑boarding and system access.
  • Identify and implement system and process improvements to improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Provide first‑level advice and HR system support to managers and employees, escalating more complex matters as required.
  • Triage People Team enquiries and manage team expenses.
  • Support HRMS improvements by working with vendors, completing user acceptance testing, and recommending system enhancements.
  • Act as a data steward for people systems, ensuring data quality and alignment with data governance principles.

What you will bring with you

We’re looking for someone who is motivated to improve our HR systems and processes work - reducing manual effort, improving data quality, and enhancing the overall employee experience. In this role you will bring a continuous improvement mindset and a drive to make things simpler and efficient.

  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or equivalent skills and/or experience
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar HR role, with knowledge of HR practices, policies and procedures, Australian employment legislation, and HR management and workforce systems.
  • Working knowledge of testing system changes to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Ability to analyse HR systems and processes and design practical improvements. that increase efficiency and user experience.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritise competing responsibilities while maintaining quality and timeliness.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to apply critical thinking and deliver practical, solutionfocused outcomes.
