Your new role
The Records and Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Administrator plays a vital role in overseeing and maintaining CSC’s records, both digital and physical. The position is also responsible for delivering efficient mail services across CSC, while building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders who rely on accurate and timely service delivery.
The role is also responsible for monitoring and supporting compliance with AML/CTF regulations. This includes preparing reports on the status of AML/CTF investigations and effectively managing associated workloads.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and investigations of both digital and physical records
- Maintaining databases and records related to AML/CTF investigations, policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and reporting on CSC’s AML/CTF compliance obligations
- Identifying and locating misplaced records, and correcting errors in titles or workflows
- Investigating and resolving missing or incomplete record information
- Allocating unidentified correspondence to the appropriate records or containers
- Moving, reclassifying, or creating records and containers as required
What you need to excel
- Administration skills in data entry, record keeping and word processing
- Knowledge and understanding of TRIM (CM9), desired
- Salesforce experience, highly regarded
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of records management (digital and physical)
- Experience with database management and records tracking systems
- Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality obligations
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in records systems, databases and standard office applications (Adobe, Word)
