About the role
As a Claims Administrator, you will play an important role in supporting our case management team and delivering a positive experience for our customers. You will provide high‑quality administrative support across superannuation and insurance claims, ensuring incoming correspondence is acknowledged, triaged and managed accurately and efficiently.
Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll respond to changing priorities, support operational requirements and contribute to the smooth flow of claims administration. From time to time, you’ll also assist with ad‑hoc tasks in response to work influxes, emerging trends, or business needs.
Responsibilities
- Appropriate use of CSC’s systems including maintaining accurate data and record keeping practices
- Maintaining internal and external relationships and providing updates and information to internal teams, customers, and their representatives both in writing and over the phone
- Collating evidence from customers to support their claim application
- Providing updates to customers and internal teams on the status of claims
What we’re looking for
- Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline clearance
- Previous experience in administration and customer service is highly regarded
- A collaborative team player who takes a proactive and professional approach to their work
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholder
- Comfortable using systems and technology, with the ability to learn new tools quickly and maintain accurate records
