About the role

We are seeking a Knowledge Management Analyst to be a key contributor within the Knowledge, Training and Governance teams’ Tier 2 Knowledge Management function. This role plays a critical part in centralising knowledge and resources to strengthen the capability of the Customer Group and broader CSC.

As the Knowledge Management Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Customer Group’s Knowledge Management system, which stores and governs the business unit’s Intellectual Property (IP). Specialising in content management or platform management, you will ensure knowledge assets are accurate, accessible, compliant and fit for purpose.

This role takes a consultative, stakeholder-focused approach, working closely with teams to understand their knowledge needs and translate them into structured, usable content within the repository.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the Customer Group Knowledge Management system, ensuring guides, templates, policies and procedures are accurate, current and fit for purpose
  • Supporting Customer Group staff to effectively use the repository, enabling self-service and continuous capability uplift
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop, update, and oversee knowledge content, addressing gaps and ensuring accuracy
  • Managing language, technical and compliance reviews to align materials with CSC branding and requirements
  • Contributing to broader Knowledge, Training, and Governance team activities

What we’re looking for

  • RG146 qualification highly regarded
  • Strong knowledge of CSC’s superannuation schemes, products, processes and systems
  • Great attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, accurate and well-structured written content
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences
  • Confidence engaging internal stakeholders and working collaboratively as part of a team
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Consultative approach when gathering requirements, translating business needs into knowledge assets

Why join CSC?

  • The team is shaping how CSC captures, curates, and shares knowledge to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
  • Join a collaborative and supportive team with leadership committed to your growth and success
  • Work across CSC, gaining exposure to a range of teams, specialists and diverse expertise
