Initially focused on the Salesforce ecosystem including Marketing Cloud, CRM and Experience Cloud — you’ll help plan, analyse and deliver customer-centric, technically robust digital solutions aligned with CSC’s strategic goals.
In this role, you’ll lead the analysis and communication of business and technology requirements to deliver effective digital solutions. Working closely with stakeholders and partners, you’ll manage end-to-end delivery using a hybrid agile approach - planning and running sprints, prioritising work and ensuring quality outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse and solve complex business and technical problems to deliver fit-for-purpose, customer-focused solutions
- Elicit, document and manage business, user, and technical requirements aligned with project goals
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather insights and ensure shared understanding
- Conduct technical and process analysis to support solution design and successful project delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and platform vendors (e.g. Salesforce, Sitecore, Novigi, Mercer) to design and implement effective solutions.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders and delivery partners to maintain alignment, transparency, and effective reporting of progress, issues, and risks.
- Support UAT, documentation and sign-off processes to confirm solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
- Support change management, business readiness, and training activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
- Analyse data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, supporting better decision-making and operational efficiency
- Champion agile and iterative delivery practices, adapting to CSC’s evolving digital delivery environment
What we’re looking for
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Analysis, or a related discipline
- Certification in Agile or traditional project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2)
- 5 years experience in technical business analysis within complex environments
- Experience with Salesforce platform solutions - highly desirable
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance Agile delivery and governance
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to produce clear, high-quality documentation and analyse business processes using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and FigJam
- Experience in data integration or platform transformation projects, ideally within the superannuation or financial services sector
Why join CSC?
- Opportunity to work remote or in a hybrid arrangement
- Be a part of a collaborative and supportive team
- Define and deliver new features and functionality to improve and optimise the customer experience across CSC channels
- Work with agility to meet adaptive challenges; delivering value early and often
