About the role
The Member Education Consultant role offers an incredible opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to our mission of helping members gain the knowledge and confidence they need to manage their superannuation effectively.
Your role will be instrumental in making superannuation knowledge accessible and straightforward for our members. This includes delivering information directly to members at their workplaces, including military bases, through educational workshops, general information sessions, one-on-one consultations and webinars. You’ll also connect with members through online services and provide a range of support services designed to help employers communicate these benefits effectively.

If you have a strong understanding of our DB schemes, ability to learn our DC schemes and products, excellent communication and a customer first approach, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference our members lives.
Please note: Frequent travel is required for this position.
What we are looking for
- You must be an Australian Citizen with ability to hold and maintain a baseline security clearance and Defence Security Pass
- RG146 qualification or ability to obtain this
- Current drivers licence with no restrictions
- Self-motivated and passionate about providing a great customer experience
- Excellent communication skills with experience delivering presentations to large audiences both virtually and in person
- Ability to communicate accurately and tailor a message to a broad range of individuals
- Capability to interpret legislation, rules and regulations
- APS and Military technical scheme knowledge are highly advantageous
