What we’re looking for
We’re seeking a dynamic and motivated HR professional who’s eager to grow their career alongside a high-performing, high-calibre team. You will bring:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (or working towards one)
- Broad HR generalist experience (ideally 5+ years) across both operational and strategic areas
- Experience supporting large-scale HR or broader organisational projects
- A strong understanding of Australian employment and industrial relations frameworks, with the ability to coach leaders through complex people matters
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills
- Experience providing remuneration advice and supporting annual pay review cycles (knowledge of the Financial Institution Remuneration Group (FIRG) is a plus)
- Experience in workplace investigations and report writing
