Your new role:

As a key member of CSC’s Communications team, the Senior Communications and Content Writer – you will craft high-quality, engaging content tailored for our internal and external adviser network. This role supports adviser communications that foster strong client relationships and promote retention within CSC products.

You’ll bring strategic thinking and hands-on content expertise – combining a deep knowledge of superannuation of how audience life stages shape messaging.  You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape content priorities and deliver targeted, action-orientated initiatives.

Please note: our preference is a candidate based in ACT, NSW or VIC, however we are open to candidates across Australia who meet the criteria below.

What you need to excel

  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications such as marketing, communications or media required
  • Proven experience in superannuation, wealth management/financial services industry with a strong focus on adviser communications
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working directly with financial advisers or in adviser-focused roles
  • Exceptional storytelling skills and a strong aptitude for writing both digital content and general articles
  • A strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day delivery with long-term planning
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; confident working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comprehensive understanding of lifestyle segmentation and its role in creating impactful, action-oriented communications
  • Advanced ability to develop member-focused content that aligns with strategic objectives
