Job Description

Your new role

As a Claims Engagement Representative within the Family Law team, you will be trusted with the responsibilities of assisting and educating CSC customers, their family and their representatives, laying the foundation for a seamless and supportive claims journey regarding family law matters. You will provide tailored and continuous customer engagement, through written and verbal communication, which may involve a degree of complexity, including legislative and sensitive information. You will also complete administrative functions and provide support to the team.

With resilience, empathy, and compassion, you will aid customers, families, or representatives navigating challenging or sensitive circumstances.

What you need to excel:

  • Previous experience in customer service, claims processing or related fields is advantageous
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft software and programs such as Saleforce or the ability to learn this quickly
  • Administration skills and ability to maintain accurate record keeping practices
  • Demonstrate empathy, maintain a high standard of professionalism, and possess the resilience to thrive in challenging situations
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate to a range of audiences and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
