Job Description

What You’ll do

In this role you’ll help embed a culture of continuous growth, supporting individuals and teams to develop the mindsets, skills, and capabilities they need to succeed today – and tomorrow.

You’ll work with key internal and external stakeholders across all levels to shape and deliver:

  • Capability programs aligned to CSC’s strategic goals
  • Leadership and coaching initiatives that uplift performance at every level
  • Experiences that reflect the diversity of how people learn – digital, experiential, social, and self-directed
  • Initiatives that embed CSC’s Core Competency Framework through exposure, education and experience

Key role responsibilities

  • Build organisational capability through the design, delivery and review of capability programs
  • Embedment of CSC Core Competencies through Exposure, Education and Experience programs
  • Facilitate learning sessions with various stakeholders
  • Monitor and measure program effectiveness by evaluating impact of learning initiatives
  • Analyse business data to inform decision making on capability development
  • Provide coaching and capability advice that supports people and culture transformation
  • Support continuous improvement and organisational change

About you

  • Hold a Certificate IV TAE Training & Assessment (or equivalent) OR an undergraduate in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Adult Education or relevant business discipline or currently undertaking
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-wide learning strategies and capability programs
  • Comfortable working across multiple projects and partnering with individuals (specialists, participants and presenters) to design engaging technical and soft skill programs
  • Confident facilitator of virtual, in-person and self-paced learning experiences ensuring high levels of team member engagement
  • Strong instructional design skills using tools like Articulate360 and Rise360
  • Proficiency and advice using a Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively and utilising LMS to create, manage and deliver training programsJoin us for
