Your new role:
The Organisational Capability and Learning Specialist builds and enhances the skills, knowledge and competencies to support delivery of organisational strategic objectives.
Collaborating with various stakeholders, the role focuses on developing and delivering learning programs, capability frameworks and leadership initiatives that drive individual and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build organisational capability through the design, delivery and review of capability programs
- Embedment of CSC Core Competencies through Exposure, Education and Experience programs
- Facilitate Learning Sessions with various stakeholders virtually and face to face
- Monitor and Measure program effectiveness by evaluating impact of learning initiatives
- Analyse data insights to inform decision making
- Provide Coaching and Support to individuals and teams
- Support continuous improvement and organisational change
- Complete administration activities related to effective management of Organisational Capability and Learning.
What you need to excel:
You will possess below technical expertise and experience:
- Certificate IV TAE Training & Assessment (or equivalent) (essential) or an undergraduate in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Adult Education or relevant business discipline or currently undertaking. (desired)
- implementing Organisational Capability and Learning strategies and frameworks across organisations.
- Managing multiple capability development projects across the organisation.
- Influencing and educating leaders about the breath of capability development options available to create a continuous learning culture.
- Influencing, negotiating and managing stakeholders leading to credible & trusting relationships with team members, Senior Managers, Heads of and external vendors.
- Using data driven decision making and a variety of sources to identify capability needs in partnership with business groups.
- Developing and completing reporting with excellent attention to detail highlighting key impacts.
- Designing end to end capability programs in partnership with Subject matter experts.
- Designing, delivering and evaluating leadership, coaching and mentoring programs for emerging to senior leaders focused on positive business outcomes and practical people leader skills.
- Delivering virtual and face to face training ensuring high levels of team member engagement and skills transfer.
- Designing self-paced learning programs leveraging Exposure, Education and Experience activities to ensure capability transfer and embedment.
- In instructional design using a range of delivery methods including digital, virtual, video, eLearning (Articulate360 and Rise360) and face to face.
- Proficiency and advice using a Learning Management Systems (LMS) effectively navigating and utilising LMS to create, manage, and deliver training programs.
- Logistics, coordination, planning and organising training sessions, including scheduling, venue/room booking, and resource allocation, while coordinating with trainers and participants.
